We purchased a 2008 Sonata from this dealership in 2008. We were very pleased with the car and the service we received at Ken Vance Motors. Because of this, we decided to purchase our next car with this dealership. We purchased a 2016 Sonata and hope that we have as good luck with this one as our 2008 Sonata. The employees are all friendly and easy to work with.
I purchased my Hyundai Tucson from Eric Pamperin of Ken Vance Hyundai. He is very familiar with the many features of the vehicle, and he did a great job of showing my wife and me how to use those features.

Just purchased our 3rd vehicle from Ken Vance (1 used GMC when they were a GM dealer, 2 new Hyundai's). I have always liked Ken Vance, from buying to the service center. I have attempted to deal with most of the Eau Claire area dealerships over the past 20-30 years, but only Ken Vance Motors has established a customer friendly approach to car sales. Went to get an oil change. Ended up buying a new SUV. The person I bought the previous Hyundai from retired and is now a realtor. Just listed grandma's house with him. You go for years with nothing happening, then everything happens the same day!! Vance is a super place to buy (and service) a new car.
