Drive into service center is typically blocked by unattended cars. Mechanic work is very good. Poor communication that I mention herein was due to prior appointment for brakes. I came in expecting brakes to be fixed based on phone conversation. When that appt was complete I was told my brakes needed to be fixed. We knew that.

Service does not think of patient safety. Had an oil change and tire rotation. My tire was missing lug nuts and almost fell off while I drove away. Check your work! Especially when safety checks are part of the service!

I was very disappointed at the speed. My Honda recall was handled. after waiting for a year I finally got the notice that the parts were available. When I called, I was put on a waiting list and four months later I called back and was told they had no record of me contacting them.
Some of the staff here are genuinely kind and try to help, but upper management and ownership completely destroy any trust. They use manipulative, high-pressure tactics, twist situations to their advantage, and put both customers and employees in awful positions. Even if you walk in with a great deal, they’ll find a way to turn it into something you regret. Stay far away.

Took to non Honda dealer who performed compression test. Cylinder was fine. Known issue with VCM on 3.5L engine. Paid $190 to get bad info. Good thing got 2nd opinion.

The intake desk seemed overwhelmed. I did not get a call that my vehicle was done. They were behind and had not got to that even though my vehicle had been done for some time.

2018 Honda recall on the fuel pump. Picked it up and days later dashboard lights, flashing. After calling the dealership, they advised I take it to a local and have diagnostic test run. Did that 2 different times. Then I could smell fumes. It was determined that the fuel tank needed to be repaired. They replaced the fuel tank. I was again called to pick up the car. No one called to tell me my car was done. When I went to pick it up, the manager took 10 minutes to find my key.. had to call back the next day to ask if my car was actually done or not. Did not get the car wash that was offered to me. And I still have no proof that my recall part was even replaced. No paper work... nothing.
