I found that the sales department is helpful and very patient, especially Adam in sales, (Highly recommend to request Adam) Unfortunately you need to be aware of any sales from the manufacturer Hyundai, Nobody at Ken Vance Hyundai told me about a 10% discount on all add-ons. Dispite buying thousands of dollars of add-ons, the service manager refused to honor the full 10%, saying I was a few days late. I lost out on over $120,00.. Reading through the stacks of legal documents, and trying to figure out the car, I saw a 10% discount, and it was during the 4th of July week and they were short staff. Despite all these variable the service manager refused to honor the total discount, claiming I was to late. I guess the problem is your spending a lot of hard earn money on a new car, And when the dealerships would rather save a few bucks then to gain a satisfied customer it is upsetting. You get tired of car dealerships taking advantage of customers like this.
This dealership has been super helpful in helping me find the best suited vehicle for me and backs it up with great friendly customer service and support.

I was a recurring customer very poor experience, the original customer service rep quoted me $190. I took my honda in because it needed freon for a/c. 2nd year it needed. car was in the shop for 1 1/2 hours. they found a rodents nest and a chewed wire. well when they asked to fix it, the price semed high, I gave them the ok. was I suppose to say don't fix it? they have you by the xxxxx at this point When I got my invoice it over $600. I called on my way home to ask why the labor charge was over $400, I was told a diagnose charge ($190) plus fixing the wire and adding freon. What diagnosis charge,,I told them it needed Freon. So $600 plus to fix a wire and add Freon,, what gives?? and add insult to injury they left 2 dead mice I had to remove from the engine. Never again will I take my service to this dealership. People beware!!!!
Dealership was well kept and sales person was friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. Although inventory was super low. Second time I went to look at a vehicle on the lot, it couldn't be driven due to pre delivery inspection not being completed.
Horrid experience on the sales floor. Extremely poor attitude, disinterested, and you would think the sales personnel would be the best representation of this dealership. I have purchased my new car, at another dealership.
This was an internet purchase based on information given by salesman. The low rating is because salesman Craig Geissler gave us incorrect information on used vehicle. I was told vehicle was local well taken care of trade in which he personally new about and did personal inspection. He stated vehicle had brand new tires and only body flaws were small scratches on bumper. As it tuned out tires are a little over half of their usable life and there is a dent in the hood front center about the size of a hand. They had the vehicle for awhile so I am sure dent was seen by other members of Ken Vance Motors, but never mentioned to us and unfortunately not noticed until it was in our garage 500 mile from dealership. We have purchased several vehicles through internet and luckily other dealers have represented vehicles accurately. We are posting this so anyone else purchasing from this dealer will go and personally check out vehicle before signing anything on their used cars.
Key Vance Hyundai was reasonable, time efficient and had a no-nonsense personable approach to the services they offer. In no way did I feel pressured to make a sale, walked in explained what I was in need of and they assisted with meeting my expectations and had me out the door in a time efficient manner. This dealership I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a friendly-hometown approach to the purchase of your next vehicle!

I felt comfortable and at ease when I was at the dealership. NO high pressure sales pitch. This is the second time purchasing a new car and I will continue to do so.
As a recurring customer. I would greatly appreciate better service. By this I mean have your service department open and fully staffed on Saturdays. Better deals because I could always go elsewhere and probably will next time unless something changes. And would love to see better quality tires on the vehicles upon purchase of a new model.

Our previous experience with Ken Vance Motors and its employees, Rita Anderson and David Czysz was excellent. And, this experience did not disappoint us. Both Rita and Dave were the same professionals we remembered dealing with when we leased our first car from them 3 years ago.

I brought my vehicle to be serviced and they made it worse. They blamed me for the problems saying they were pre existing.....well duh! Brought the vehicles to be serviced and left with new problems obviously something went wrong When they worked on it. Really Lacked the integrity to tell me before I left and had to come back to the dealership. The short of this long story is ....what they say or do cannot be trusted. Good luck if you shop there I would not wish that on anyone. There's no way that they have has high as percentage rating on all these review sites, because the bottom line is that they are cons and probably will never change.
